Director Timothy Greenfield-Sanders leads us in a fascinating history lesson of modeling and fashion culture from the 1940s on, with modeling icons and editors sharing their poignant, funny and frank stories and refreshing insights on the industry, beauty, aging, plastic surgery, self-esteem… Their smart, thought-provoking quotes had me stopping and rewinding all the way through to make sure I caught every word. More stunning than these supermodels’ faces in their youth is their wisdom now.
