Wear something not too formal and not too casual, that flatters your physique and shows some fashion flair. Actually, I would think in South Africa, you can dress quite casually for castings. In Miami, tank tops, shorts, and flip-flops were common. Maybe you can email and ask? I think anything that shows some style and makes you look good works for a casting. Generally you will adjust your outfit a bit to fit the mold of what the client would be looking for, but in this case, it sounds like a workshop, not an actual casting, so that advice doesn’t apply.
